Americas Warriors - “No matter how we feel about the current administration or war, our troops, who are following their orders and fulfilling their oaths to our nation, should never be neglected or forgotten by the American People.”
"I
was motivated to start The Voice of Battle Project after reading an article in
“Soldiers” magazine. The article was about wartime poetry and included some
excellent verse written by service members. This inspired me to seek original
works of poetry or prose from Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airmen, and Coast
Guard who have deployed in support of post-9/11 combat operations in Afghanistan
and Iraq. The topic of submissions is not limited and can include works about
or for service members." - Cpt. Keith Perry
